The Stuffed Burger Co. has just opened its doors in Al Mushriff area. The opening ceremony was quite grand, with live singing, well decorated place making the ambiance a little bit cozy. The company had even invited an actress and some respected people in the industry making the event almost star studded. I’m happy to have been invited through Jen Montalbo of Invarcfb and be a part of this.
Initially we were given a menu to select what we would like to try. Checking it out, Stuffed Burger Co. serves Stuffed and Charbroiled burgers, Sliders and American style wings. All are made with fresh ingredients, premium beef and chicken and freshly baked buns. With so much to choose from it was good that they decided to just prepare some selections for us to try on.
First they served the Loaded Fries. These are flavored fries with cheese and bacon and I loved that it was very cheesy, and crunchy at the same time. The cheese sauce did not compromise the crispness of the fries.
Sliders came next. And if you want to know what it is – well a slider is an American term for a small sandwich, typically around 2 in across, made with a bun. The term primarily refers to small hamburgers. They served this blue colored one and I know it’s a bit unusual, actually you initially feel weird just looking at it but it tasted good. Its called the Fried Shrimps Slider. It had fried shrimp with lettuce and herb and mayo sauce. The bread used was actually very good and 1 or two of these will surely fill you up.
There’s also a green variety and I liked it more than the other one, its the Bacon Swiss Crispy. It has fried chicken breast topped with Swiss cheese and smoked beef bacon. If you get any 2 sliders you only get to pay 35AED. Now that’s a good deal. And you can also order them with fries and drinks.
We also tried the Mushroom and Swiss Stuffed Burger. It was made with fresh 100% ground beef with crispy lettuce, tomato and onions on a toasted bun and the company sauce. It also had Mushrooms and Swiss cheese and Grilled Onions as its main ingredients. I really loved the buns that they were using. And the burger patties were absolutely juicy and tasty.
I had the Passion Fruit Mojito but sadly I did not enjoy it. I had asked for some syrup as it was too sour and was told that it’s supposed to taste that way. Well perhaps not to my liking then.
For the vegetarians, you can still come and enjoy The Stuffed Burger Co. special veggie burgers. And the kids also have something for them, the Kids Meal.
This was a soft opening so we didn’t get to try the desserts or the wings which I heard is one of their most ordered item in another branch that they have. Well there’s always a next time and I will surely come back to try them.
