Who would have thought that I will be reviewing food establishments located inside or near the airport? … Well if I loved it (or hated it) and I think it’s worth sharing then why not?
Anyway, here we go..
Whenever we travel, one of my first stop will be at La Brioche inside the Abu Dhabi Airport. Lovely ambiance really and I find the place relaxing. Since we usually fly after hubby gets off duty from the airport, I would have to wait for a couple of hours for him and this is my ‘go to’ place. I love to order their set menu which gives me great tasting soup (enough to fill me up), warm bread and pasta or salad. Of course lemon mint drink for refreshment should not be missed. The price is ok considering their servings and the perks of comfort that you get as you sit here and sip coffee or eat dessert after your meal.
The staff are amazing and they do not bother you unnecessarily unless they want to check how you liked the food and if there was anything else you needed. So really this place and a warm decent meal is A MUST for me right before I go and travel somewhere.
